Albert D. Sam II, MD, MS (Surgery), FACS, is a
vascular surgeon certified by the American Board of Surgery in
vascular surgery and by the American Board of Vascular Medicine in
endovascular medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree
from Duke University. He completed his residency in general surgery
at the University of Illinois at Chicago, including a research
fellowship in cardiovascular physiology, followed by a Master's of
Science degree in surgery. Dr. Sam served a two-year fellowship in
general vascular and endovascular surgery at Northwestern
University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Sam serves
as Surgisys' Chief Medical Officer.
Benjamin Maynor, BS, started playing with computers as a child,
and has turned his passion for the medium into a career with more than 10 years
programming experience in a variety of differing technologies. He graduated from the
University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He
currently serves as Lead Developer for Surgisys.
Wendy S. Freiberger, CCRC, RN,
BSN, BA, has been involved in the health care field for
over 15 years. Ms. Freiberger has specialized in clinical
research for over eight years including endocrinology, urology,
cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery. She is
certified as a Clinical Research Coordinator by the Association of
Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). She serves as
Services Director for Surgisys.

Andrew J. Olinde, MD, FACS, RVT,is a vascular
surgeon certified by the American Board of Surgery in general
vascular surgery. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from
the LSU Medical Center in New Orleans and completed his residency
in general surgery at the University of Mississippi in Jackson. Dr.
Olinde served a one-year fellowship in general vascular surgery at
Northwestern University in Chicago and, and, in 2002-3 was named
one of the top Surgeons in the United States by the Consumers
Research Council of America.
